The Henry County Senior Center is getting ready to celebrate 50 years of being a beacon for Seniors in Henry County. From small beginnings in a friends garage to today where the Senior Center has a full facility with its own kitchen, daily meals, weekly dinners, and event, the Henry County Senior Center has become a staple of our community. 50 years of the Henry County Senior Center will be celebrated next year according to Cassandra Schmoll but the preparations have already begun. We talked with Cassandra about the Senior Center, upcoming events, fundraisers, and the start of Open Enrollment this month for Medicare Part D, in our Wake Up Tri-Counties interview on Thursday.
