The folks at Galva Ready to Grow demonstrated the power of their fundraising ability at the most recent Galva City Council Meeting. The community group raised $4000 dollars that was delivered to the City of Galva this week. The money raised will go toward the placing of a Handicap Swing at Wiley Park in Galva. The money raised is just the start the for the Handicap Swing plan which the Mayor says may not get done this year but is a project that is in the works.
