Monthly meetings are held at Kewanee City Hall, welcoming public participation.
The Kewanee Commission on Human Relations remains committed to fostering understanding and respect among all residents. Its mission is to eliminate prejudice, intolerance, bigotry, and discrimination in the city. The commission collaborates with local civic, religious, and educational groups to achieve these goals. Members such as Jessica Fornander, Taurean Bond, Liz Bermudez, Kari Clark, Daniela Lozano, and Lovondi Jordan serve alongside others with varying term expirations.
