Joe Frueh and John Shinkle are members of the Nodaway County Cattleman's Association.  These two guys work to facilitate the acquisition of local beef to local schools for their school breakfast and lunch programs. The current amount of beef per student per month is only 8oz.  Joe and John are working to increase that to 16oz on average per month per student through donation from local cattlemen in return for tax credit.
